How To Place Orders?
After adding product(s) into cart you may update the cart using one single click "Update Cart". The cart information can be accessible from any page on the right side of the page.
Click on "Checkout".
If you are not logged in, login with your Customer ID and Password.
If you are a new customer then go to the Sign Up page. Provide all information we will send you the login details on your provided e-mail.
If you have forgotten your password then click on the Retrieve password link. Type in your Customer ID or Email our automated password recovery system will regenerate your login password and will send all login details to your email.
After you have logged in, there will be the cart items on the top of the checkout page, then the "Billing Information" and at last there are two options for "Shipping Information"
1. Same as Billing Address,
2. New Shipping address
Provide your shipping details if you have chosen the second option.
On the Payment Information page click on the Complete Order button. You will be redirected to PayPal. Provide your PayPal ID or Credit Cart details there.
After successful verification of your payment, your order will be confirmed and the product(s) will be shipped to you.
You may track your past orders from the "Track Order" page. Which let you know the order details including Order Date, Shipped Date, Total Amount, Current Status of the order, and all the detailed billing and shipping information including the products ordered, number, and their prices.

How do I pay for my orders?
AkolagTech only accept Paypal and Credit card payment on this site. Unfortunately we do not accept other payments at this point. Once you select and review your order, you will be directed to our secure payment method which is Paypal Payment systems.
All orders and payment will be verified before shipment as our precautions for online shopping.

What is the Return Policy and Shipping Policy?
Our Return/Cancellation policy
All Products are backed with warranty according to each product.
If there is a manufacturer Direct Warranty, we suggest that you return item to the manufacturer. AkolagTech cannot warrant an item that has been improperly used or physically damaged. AkolagTech only warrantee items that are defective from us. A refund will be issue to the customer for any items that are malfunctioning from us. Any damages that occur from a defective product will be limited to a refund of the purchase price.
All orders should be cancelled within 24 hours before the shipment occurs.
Shipping Policy
All items will be shipped as specified by customers at the set price. Orders will be shipped by the fastest and reliable delivery service; we use USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL for most of our shipments. Customers are responsible for shipping fees and any other rate that associate with the return items unless it says other wise.
